The world has changed. The general public is increasingly interested in whether companies are fair to employees and clients, environmentally friendly, donate money to charity, and act transparently. And that's why we prioritise ESG. ☝🏻 These three letters (E - Environmental, S - Social, G - Governance) summarise the concept of considerate and sustainable business and investment.

We support women in leadership positions
We consider gender equality and more women in leadership positions as important issues. That's why we encourage women to apply for key jobs.
Awareness comes first
We want our colleagues to be the first to know about planned changes. So the whole company regularly attends evaluation meetings with the CEO of 365.invest, where we summarize and talk about goals.

Learning is a life-long process. That's why we support colleagues who want to expand their knowledge and skills through lectures, workshops, conferences, or language courses.
Portfolio eco funds
We care about our planet's future. Last year we established a fund in which we select approximately 20 listed shares of companies operating in environmental areas such as global waste management, environmental control, and climate change.
We invest in green projects
Green buildings are the new trend in the real estate market. That's why we invest in several development projects that are passive buildings, which in accordance with the applicable legislation have an A1 or A0 certificate.
Freedom of expression
Ties and high-heels are optional rather than an obligation. We want our colleagues to feel comfortable and at ease during the working day. That's why our head office is dress code-free.
In 2021, we set ourselves the goal of minimizing the volume of printed documents.
We also responsibly separate waste, and our electric scooter is available for nearby colleague meetings.
We support local businesses
The pandemic further increased the importance of supporting small producers. At the head office we've long enjoyed coffee exclusively from a Slovak supplier, our merchandise comes from Slovak manufacturers, and we also support sheltered workshops.
We support culture
We believe that responsible companies should support cultural institutions such as theatres, museums, and galleries. That's why we've been a proud partner of the Radošina Naive Theatre for a second consecutive year.
Support for children's cardiac centre
Our heart is in the right place. That's why we sponsor the Children's Cardiac Centre Foundation, which also looks after young patients after being released from hospital.
Virtual business cards
We share contacts ecologically. Members of the board and senior managers exchanged standard paper business cards for one - virtual. The virtual business card summarizes all key info about its owner: name, phone number, e-mail, and 365.invest social networks. Simply attach the virtual business card to your smartphone, and all data will be saved directly to your contacts.
